Had a wonderful time at Maximilian's place! The listing was spotless, the host was responsive and the location simply can't be beat! Next time we're in SF, we'll definitely try to book this place again. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Maximilian was a great host who communicated exceptionally well. He answered some specific questions I had prior to our trip about San Francisco in general and transportation, etc. He was very responsive to any needs we had during our stay. We loved the close proximity to the Golden Gate Park and all it had to offer! I would highly recommend Maximilian and this listing.

Gorgeous spot, we felt right at home right away. The location is unbeatable - right next to the park and right next to Irving. I'd live here if I could!

Beautiful apartment close to Golden Gate Park! The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and each have their own bathroom which is a plus if you/your guests will be on different schedules. The view from the outdoor area is beautiful! the yoga mat was such a nice touch too!

Lovely little airbnb with nice accommodations, easy to follow policies and guidelines, and continently located by lots of transit. Maximilian was very communicative and kind and did a lovely job accommodating us. Would recommend!

Had a great stay at Al’s place. There for five days. Exactly as described, neighborhood is very walkable, and it’s very convenient to public transportation. Al was proactively communicative and responsive when we had any questions. Check in and check out were straightforward. The unit is very spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Pretty much everything you could ask for in an Airbnb.

We loved our stay at Max’s place! The location was great, steps from Golden Gate Park and very walkable to other parts of the city. Easy check-in, and it felt very safe as you go through a few locked doors to get to the upper unit. Due to a flight delay we arrived at 1:00am and it was easy to find and get inside. The apartment has one bedroom in the front (19th street side) and another living space/bedroom in the back. It’s a perfect set-up for multiple couples because each room feels very private. The living room has a door so it could technically be a third bedroom (has a futon & bedding). The entire place was extremely clean, well stocked, and super cute! The beds were very comfortable too! We would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. Everything was great!

Al's place is gorgeous, extremely clean and just like it was advertised. While it faces a busy street, the apt is quiet, especially the bedrooms in the rear. The local neighborhood is very walkable and has many interesting and great restaurants. Felt quite safe. All SF and SFO are easily accessible by very convenient and affordable public transport. Under 18 rides free! No rental car needed for the city. Lyft bikes available nearby and the city is surprisingly bikeable.

My husband and I had a longer-term stay at Max and Judy's place and had a fantastic experience. The location can't be beat -- super convenient to public transport (Muni and bus), Golden Gate Park, countless restaurants, and just 5 blocks to a major grocery store. The rooms were spacious, got great sunlight, and was very well-equipped with strong Wifi (two networks) as well as all the kitchen/living accessories you could need. We were originally a bit concerned about street parking but, within a week, learned of the handful of key spots where you could almost always find a space (and, if desperate, the metered spots were only less than $1 an hour and only ran from 9am-6pm so were actually very usable as well). Max and his wife Kim live next door and are fantastic hosts -- very responsive, proactive in their communication, and just wonderful people to get to know. We very much anticipate returning to this Airbnb in the future!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as shown in the photos— well-furnished and very cozy. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home.
The location was perfect—quiet and safe, yet close to public transportation, cafes, and shops. It was easy to get around and explore the area.
The host was excellent—very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. They provided clear check-in instructions and even shared helpful local tips. Communication was smooth from start to finish.
