The suite is located on the penthouse floor of our 3rd-4th floor condo. Since the room is on the 4th floor, there are several flights of stairs leading up to the unit. The 4th floor is shared with one other unit, and the units are separated by the shared kitchen. You will have your own deadbolt lock and keypad entrance to the suite. The private areas in the suite are divided into 2 sections that have their own individual entrances. One section is the living area which includes one bedroom (each with a queen bed), a TV, and a small office/seating area. The other section is the bathroom, which is accessible just outside the living area from a door that is adjacent to the living area. The whole building was built and just remodeled this year, so everything is quite new. The rooms are bright and airy, and both feature east-facing windows that have a great view of the sunrise. The suite is petite and cozy, so keep in mind this is San Francisco! Smaller spaces are the norm here. There is also a well-stocked shared kitchen space (refrigerator, pots/pans, cooking utensils, oil, salt, pepper, etc.) available with all the necessities for making a small meal. Tea, instant coffee and creamer are provided, and there are several coffee shops just around the corner. Our home is centrally located on a very busy street, so be aware there will be some traffic noise—we do live in a city after all! The suite itself is in the back of the building, so it is relatively quiet. The windows and skylights have blackout curtains and/or shades that help with the noise and street lights outside. Designated parking is not provided. There are metered and unmetered parking spaces throughout the neighborhood. We park our own car on the street and usually have no issues finding parking within 1-2 blocks.

We are carefully observing all COVID-19 safety protocols including sanitization, masking, and social distancing. Please note that masks are strongly recommended in any shared spaces in the building, regardless of vaccination status. We are a dog-loving family and one of our tenants has 2 very friendly dogs who would be happy to say hi if you are itching for some pet therapy! However, because it's a small living area, no pets are allowed. From previous experience, we have to state that we are a gun-free household, and we do not allow firearms or other weapons on the property. We respect if you have a license to carry a weapon, but we respectfully ask you to not book with us if you have to bring it with you.
