What a beautiful home and outstanding host! The property was even more stunning in person. Lots of nearby restaurants and conveniences. Max was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Hope to return again soon! Would definitely recommend!

My first time in the Sunset and I loved it. Some great neighborhood bars all within walking distance. The best part of the park is also right there. I really, really loved the location and will be back. Also, perfect if a loved one is at UC Pernassus. Very close (about 1 mile away)

Perfect spot for a friend trip to SF. Not a ton of communal space but we didn’t need it. Super clean, super comfy, great location. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Maximilian!

I’m hesitant to even write a flowing recommendation because we want to stay here again and don’t want it to become too popular, it was that good. Location is amazing. The amount of space is incredible. 11/10 experience.

The accomodation is great - looks like the photos (and actually it’s two bedrooms + two bathrooms) and is very spacious. Kitchen has everything you need (even a coffee plunger!) only downside is no washing machine but I just used a laundry service (Tumble if you’re interested) and that was actually more convenient than doing laundry myself! Location is great - right near Golden Gate Park and close to a Muni stop. I would stay again!

Perfect (& delicious!) location for our family. Lots of privacy (each bed/bath was on an opposite wing) and a nice balcony. Very functional kitchen w quality stainless cookware and sharp knives. We really appreciated all the little touches and amenities including the fragrance-free soaps, from the bath to the laundered sheets & towels.

Had a great stay at Al’s place. There for five days. Exactly as described, neighborhood is very walkable, and it’s very convenient to public transportation. Al was proactively communicative and responsive when we had any questions. Check in and check out were straightforward. The unit is very spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Pretty much everything you could ask for in an Airbnb.

My husband and I had a longer-term stay at Max and Judy's place and had a fantastic experience. The location can't be beat -- super convenient to public transport (Muni and bus), Golden Gate Park, countless restaurants, and just 5 blocks to a major grocery store. The rooms were spacious, got great sunlight, and was very well-equipped with strong Wifi (two networks) as well as all the kitchen/living accessories you could need. We were originally a bit concerned about street parking but, within a week, learned of the handful of key spots where you could almost always find a space (and, if desperate, the metered spots were only less than $1 an hour and only ran from 9am-6pm so were actually very usable as well). Max and his wife Kim live next door and are fantastic hosts -- very responsive, proactive in their communication, and just wonderful people to get to know. We very much anticipate returning to this Airbnb in the future!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as shown in the photos— well-furnished and very cozy. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, yet close to public transportation, cafes, and shops. It was easy to get around and explore the area. The host was excellent—very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. They provided clear check-in instructions and even shared helpful local tips. Communication was smooth from start to finish.
