Good to know

The suite is located on the 2nd floor of our ground floor-2nd floor condo. Since the room is on the 2nd floor, there is 1 flight of stairs leading up to the unit. The flat has 2 bedrooms, both of which includes a queen bed, and 1 bathroom in the hallway. The rooms are bright and airy, and feature east and west-facing windows. There is also a well-stocked kitchen space (refrigerator, pots/pans, cooking utensils, oil, salt, pepper, etc.) available with all the necessities for making a small meal. Tea, instant coffee and creamer are provided, and there are several coffee shops just around the corner. Our home is centrally located on a very busy street, so be aware there will be some traffic noise—we do live in a city after all! The suite itself is in the back of the building, so it is relatively quiet. The windows and skylights have blackout curtains and/or shades that help with the noise and street lights outside. Designated parking is not provided. There are metered and unmetered parking spaces throughout the neighborhood. We park our own car on the street and usually have no issues finding parking within 1-2 blocks.

Other Details to Note

We are carefully observing all COVID-19 safety protocols including sanitization, masking, and social distancing. Please note that masks are strongly recommended in any shared spaces in the building, regardless of vaccination status. From previous experience, we have to state that we are a gun-free household, and we do not allow firearms or other weapons on the property. We respect if you have a license to carry a weapon, but we respectfully ask you to not book with us if you have to bring it with you.

Getting around is easy from 19th Ave Suites. The Muni N Judah and several Muni bus routes are within one block of the building, making it convenient to explore San Francisco without a car. The N Judah provides direct service between Ocean Beach and downtown, while nearby bus lines offer connections throughout the city. Many of the neighborhood’s highlights—including Golden Gate Park, museums, cafés, restaurants, produce markets, and grocery stores—are within easy walking distance. If you’re driving, we do not provide on-site parking, but street parking is available throughout the surrounding neighborhood. 19th Avenue also offers convenient access to other parts of San Francisco and major highways leading south toward the Peninsula.
